rom 12pm to 5pm, unless we're picking, crushing, bottling, or all the other stuff, in which case feel free to come and get your hands dirty – there's only two of us and the dog refuses to work.

Enjoy pizza and wine in the Coal River Valley

When we say GF, we take it seriously.
Our gluten-free pizzas are prepared using:
✓ Separate gluten-free ingredients
✓ A separate preparation area
✓ A separate pizza oven
✓ Separate preparation and serving utensils

We’ve put these processes in place so our gluten-free guests can enjoy pizza, wine and an afternoon at the vineyard with greater confidence.

Because gluten-free shouldn't mean missing out on good pizza. 🍕🍷

Sometimes a review arrives at just the right time. ❤️
After a big Sunday with lots happening around the vineyard, we sat down at the end of the day and found this waiting for us.

“We came for Sunday lunch and absolutely loved sitting outside with our dog Bodhi on a sunny day… pizzas were delicious. Tried the Sav Blanc and Pinot, wonderful… Will be back.”

This is pretty much what we hope a visit to Every Man & His Dog feels like.

Come out, find a spot in the sunshine, bring the dog, share a pizza, try a glass or two of wine and simply enjoy being here for a while.

We’re a tiny family-run vineyard, so when someone takes the time after their visit to write something like this, it genuinely means a lot.

Someone's going to have this view this weekend... why not you? 🍕🍷🐾

Fresh from the oven, a hot flame-baked pizza, a glass of estate-grown Tasmanian wine, and a relaxed afternoon in the vineyard.

And if you're really lucky, Jax might wander over to say hello. He's convinced every pizza is ordered with him in mind... although he's far too polite to steal a slice.

If you're looking for somewhere to slow down, catch up with friends or simply enjoy a lazy afternoon, we'd love to welcome you.

The vineyard is quiet now.

The pruning is finished. Winter has settled in, and the fog drifts gently through the rows of vines.
At first glance, it feels as though everything has come to a standstill.

But this is simply another season in the vineyard's story.

Beneath the bark, the vines are resting, storing their energy for the first warmth of spring. Soon the buds will swell, fresh leaves will appear, and another vintage will begin its journey.

Until then, we'll enjoy the beauty that winter brings—misty mornings, crackling fires, a glass of wine, and the quiet that only this season can offer.

Every season has its own kind of beauty. Winter just asks us to slow down enough to notice it.

We need to tell you about two wines that almost nobody in Australia has ever tasted.

They're made from grape varieties so rare that between them they occupy just a footnote in the world's wine books. One
— Siegerrebe — was planted on our property in Richmond, Tasmania more than forty years ago. The other
— Ehrenfelser — is, as far as we know, produced as a varietal wine by just one place in all of Australia.

That place is us.

Each year we make just 150 bottles of each. They're poured together — alongside our Eiswein — in a 45-minute guided tasting that we call The Exquisite, Rare & Limited.

Wine and handcrafted Federation Chocolate, on the same estate, in the Coal River Valley.

There is nothing else like it in Australian wine tourism.
