Did a giant cannoli cake for my boyfriend sister’s 50th birthday I brought the giant cannoli shell from Schipano Foods in Thomastown and brought the medium shells that I use to put in the middle of the giant cannoli shell from Eiffle Tower Cakes in Tullamarine, I filled the medium shells half with Vanilla and half with Chocolate homemade custard, dusted with icing sugar and tied with a red satin ribbon everyone loved the cake and enjoyed the the custard filled cannoli’s

Did these beautiful macaron and wine gift pack for all my female friend’s ( One was a vegan pack but don’t have a picture), my sister, my bf’s sister & our niece. The flavours were in the vegan: chocolate with chocolate ganache filling and coffee with coffee chocolate ganache filling and the normal: peppermint with peppermint white chocolate peppermint flavoured ganache, red velvet with cream cheese frosting filling & cookies and cream with white chocolate ganache filling with Oreo cookies in the ganache. And now I’m getting ready to take orders for Valentine’s Day
