John has been working on something completely different in the background. He surprised me with a helicopter flight over the Keppel Bay Islands on Friday. And had organised with the pilot to land briefly at Little Corio Bay Beach, so he could get down on one knee and ask me to marry him 🎊

Breakdowns, pivots and...

It's time for a well overdue update friends, followers and supporters.

After a series of unexpected events, we have had to make the difficult decision to discontinue operations with our beautiful trailer.

But don't worry, this isn't a goodbye. We are working on our next venture in the background, so stay tuned and keep and eye on our socials to see what is next.

In the meantime, our beautiful trailer is up for sale, looking for its new owners that are ready to take it on a new adventure.

🎉✨ 6 YEARS OF MARI’S DELIGHTS! ✨🎉
What a wild, wonderful, slightly flour-covered ride it’s been! 💛
It all started on 01.04.2020… just me, my kitchen, and a dream (plus a lot of dough 😅).
Fast forward to March/April 2024, and we hit the road with the food trailer — and haven’t really stopped since!
🚐 Thousands of kilometres travelled across Queensland
🥨 10,000+ pretzels twisted
☕ Nearly 15,000 coffees poured
❤️ And somewhere along the way… I picked up the best partner in crime I could’ve asked for
From kitchen bakes to markets, events, road trips and everything in between — this little business has grown into something so much bigger than I ever imagined.
As the season kicks off again, we’re feeling excited, grateful, and ready to see what the next year brings 🌻✨
Thank you to every single person who has supported us, cheered us on, bought a pretzel, grabbed a coffee, or followed along the journey — we wouldn’t be here without you 💛
