GlutenFree4u CentralQld has been busy cooking up a storm! We've stocked up on cookies, flavours include Jam Drops, Chocolate Freckles, xmas Sugar Cookies, Chocolate Mint & Chocolate Candy Cane.

We will be in Gladstone this weekend (usual place at oval opposite bunnings).
Friday 10am-5pm
Saturday 10am-3pm
Sunday at the Calliope Markets.

Our delicious hot cinnamon donuts & mini dutch pancakes will be available. Along with fresh muffins & frozen goods.

GlutenFree4u CentralQld will be at St joey's primary school in wadal this Friday nite (24th) for there xmas fair!!
Fresh muffins available...mud cake muffins(v)...blueberry...banana & choc chip...Blackberry & apple!!

And of course our delicious hot cinnamon donuts & mini dutch pancakes ALL GLUTEN FREE

Don't forget to try our NEW mini dutch pancakes for breaky tomorrow, at the Rocky Market's (by the cinema). 6am-12noon.

GF4Ucq will be at the Rockhampton Market's this Sunday 5th. It's been some time since rocky locals have had our hot cinnamon donuts and we're now proud to offer GF mini dutch pancakes!! With maple or Nutella and fresh cream. Freshly made muffins, slice's and cookies will be available and a selection of lollies to please everyone.
We will so be carrying a wide selection of frozen pies, sauage rolls and quiches.
