Just in, ready for some amazing Mother's Day hampers to go with salami sticks, crackers, and local relish! Freeze dried cheese has moisture removed to make it shelf stable, sharper flavoured, and interestingly crunchy. From Campers Pantry, a Tasmania based hiking and camping food producer!

I'll be at Markets at the Mall at Warnbro Shopping Centre from 9-4 tomorrow (Sat 9th) with amazing gift hampers, plus a raffle of an original Australian flower pastels painting by local artist Dawn Pearce!

The last bite of a piece of Knutsford Gourmet Salted Cacao lavosh that was shared with me from a friend who bought a pack to eat on the spot. The salt and cacao combine for a wonderful smooth savoury taste without the bitter taste that cacao can have 🧂🍫🌿😃
There's not much left at the stall hers, though there are still a few Honey & Walnut lavosh packs left!

Daintree is a variety of black tea (Camellia sinensis) that's grown in far North Queensland, named after thae Daintree Rainforest. It's a smooth mild tea with a distinct earthy flavour, and bit of a secret gem since it's not very well known! 🌿 🫖 ☕️
Far North Plantations' Daintree tea is available from Red-Tail's Choice in a box of ten wrapped teabags, a gift jar of ten teabags, box of loose leaf tea, and loose leaf mixed with Lemon Myrtle for a citrusy variety 🍋🌿

Red-Tail's Choice won't be at the Rockingham Rotary Market this weekend - as an organiser of the RRA Celebrate Rockingham small art market, I recommend you come and visit it! Just up the path from the Rotary Market, an opportunity for good local art rather than good food this time. 😀✨️🖼

As part of WA Tree Festival, there's a presentation on 'Creating Black Cockatoo friendly suburbs' with Dr Christine Groom in May!
Nothing to do with food, but I chose the Red-Tail's Choice business name because I love Australia's cockatoos ✨️
