It has taken me a little while to write this post.
It is with great sadness that we have lost George Corones.
We have had a close association with George over the last 18 years.
Not only was he an incredible vet but he was also an incredible human whose compassion will never be matched.
Nothing was to hard or to small.
He was full of advice and assistance whenever it was required day or night.
May you rest in peace in George. You will never be forgotten by so many and your memories will always bring us a smile.

It saddens us to share our track race day vet George Corones passed away this week.

George’s passing will affect the entire horse racing community & many others who had smaller pets in Bathurst who had met George over the years.

George knew everyone in the racing community and had met nearly every horse in our local area at some stage.

Passionate, caring & always there to help every animal big or small - George was a wonderful vet.

We send our condolences to George’s family & thank George for his hard work & time he always gave to our entire BTR community.

We will all miss you greatly George & your smile & dedication to all animals.

And autumn lambing season commences.
