How do you like to drink it??? The most common question we’re asked at markets. “Straight off the still” or “out of the barrel” isn’t really accessible to most. So we play. Blueberry martini or blueberry coffee negroni. Both winners!
This year’s ‘Blueberry Harvest’ is just about ready for release.

Printing batch numbers onto the labels for our latest ‘Send for Kelp’ bottling. These will be our last bottles before this seasons Wakame is harvested from Port Phillip Bay.
