Hi everyone,
As you may be aware, I have been pretty quiet for the past 4-5 weeks. I have & still am battling Pneumonia, with my oxygen saturation at a low 91% & resting heart rate between 120 & 130bpm.
I have also had a cornier ulcer in my right eye & not being able to stand any light & couldn't focus on my phone etc, to top it off, I have also got celulitus in my left foot.
This is not a sympathy post, just a note to let my wonderful customers know why my Australian Extreme Chilli Condiments Shop hasn't been open.
1 more ECG on Thursday & I hope to be back full-time after that.
A thank you to my wonderful Dr at Ochre Health Campbell Town & the Dr's & nurses at Campbell Town Hospital.

I just wanted to thank everyone who purchased our loaded chilli dogs & other meals yesterday.
They were a massive success, I didn't get time to open the Australian Extreme Chilli Condiments Shop fully before 12.25pm. A big thank you to Reid Barrie Tamika for cooking up the sausages & onions.
May have to do a monthly chilli dog day in the future😀
