Back in the '80s and '90s, Hunter Chardonnay was famous for being big, bold, and heavily oaked. Eventually, wine lovers got a bit exhausted by those heavy "buttery" oak bombs, sparking the famous "ABC" (Anything But Chardonnay) backlash.

But local winemakers completely revolutionised the grape. By picking earlier to capture crisp, natural acidity and using oak with serious restraint, they completely transformed the style.

We're excited to announce Native Food Van is now located at Stomp! Wines from Thursday to Sunday 10.30am to 2.30pm weekly. Part of the Entwine Food Trail it's the ideal way to enjoy lunch on the go.
Their menu inspired by Australian native foods includes....
*Native paella with fresh snapper and torched prawns.
*Flame-grilled autumn vegetable skewers with rosella and riberry quinoa.
*BBQ kangaroo with creamy crushed potato and pepperberry jus.
and for the kids - Whipper Snapper Seafood Rice Bowl.
