Hi all My Lotus Cafe Customers,

We sincerely apologise for the delay with your order today. Unfortunately, we experienced a technical issue with the Uber system where orders were not coming through to our kitchen correctly, which caused a significant delay in preparation and service.

We completely understand how frustrating this must have been and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please know this was not the experience we aim to provide to our customers.

Our team worked as quickly as possible to resolve the issue and ensure all orders were prepared correctly once they came through. We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support during this unexpected situation.
