This time, we’re using our BRAND NEW Sunsol High Protein Nut Blend Clusters to bring the crunch 
 
All you need:
• 1 serve(45g) Sunsol High Protein Nut Blend Clusters
• 2 handfuls rocket
• 1 pear, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp feta cheese
• 1 tsp honey
• Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
• Fresh lime juice, to taste

Save this fresh spring salad for your next lunch.

You’ll need:
• ½ cup Sunsol High Protein Honey Nut Granola
• 4 cups mixed salad leaves
• 2 oranges, segmented
• 1 small avocado, sliced
• 2 tbsp Persian feta, crumbled

Dressing:
• 2 tbsp orange juice
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
• 1 tsp apple c***r vinegar
• 1 tsp maple syrup

Happy Spring 🌸
Looking for an easy, wholesome snack? These crunchy granola cups are made with Sunsol High Fibre Blueberry, Goji Berry, Coconut & Chia Natural Muesli and topped with your favourite fresh fruit.
🫐 Makes 6. Save this recipe for later
Recipe:
- Half a ripe banana⁣
- 120g Sunsol High Fibre blueberry, goji berry, coconut and chia natural muesli.
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon ⁣⁣
- Pinch of salt ⁣
- Fruit for toppings
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined. ⁣⁣
2. Transfer the mixture into a cupcake tin and use a spoon to shape into cups. ⁣⁣
3. Bake at 180°C for 25-30 mins. ⁣⁣
4. Let cool completely before removing them from the cupcake liners to prevent breakage. ⁣⁣
5. Add your favorite toppings

This easy one-container recipe is an excellent source of protein and fibre, made with our Sunsol Low Sugar Almond, Cashew, Macadamia & Walnut Natural Muesli and topped with warm maple blueberries and a dollop of Greek yoghurt.
Save this for your next breakfast meal prep
Ingredients:
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/2 cup Sunsol Low Sugar Almond, Cashew, Macadamia & Walnut Natural Muesli
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup reduced fat milk
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
2. Mix all ingredients together until well combined
3. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes

POV: your winter breakfast just got an upgrade
Sweet stewed peaches, creamy yoghurt and crunchy Sunsol muesli? Say less.

Recipe:
- 1 peach, sliced
- 1 serve Greek yoghurt
- 1 serve Sunsol Low Sugar Almond, Cashew, Macadamia & Walnut Natural Muesli
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 tbsp water

Cook peaches, maple syrup and cinnamon in a small pan for 5-8 minutes until soft and fragrant. Layer over yoghurt, top with muesli and enjoy. A cosy breakfast you’ll want on repeat this winter. 🤍

This warm berry crumble brekkie combines juicy berries, a crunchy blueberry crumble and our Sunsol High Fibre blueberry, goji berry coconut & chia Natural Muesli.

Berry Mixture
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- Big squeeze lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Crumble
- 2 tbsp almond meal
- 2 tbsp blueberry
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
