🍎 Winter comfort, served warm.
Winter appears to have hit our little corner of NSW so here’s a little something to keep out the chill - our Apple Pie Winter Warmer. Especially great if you are having an Xmas in July bash.
Think of it as a fresh, spiced apple pie straight from the oven, but with a beautifully spirited kick. We’ve blended our with a rich, aromatic mix of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg, then finished it with a generous pour of our Moreau Apple Pie Liqueur to give it that perfect, chest-warming depth.
It’s sweet, spiced, and guaranteed to take the edge off a cold winter evening.

Exciting News: Tasting Room Update! 🥃
We have some great news to share, and we couldn’t be more thrilled (or relieved!) to finally say the words: Our Liquor License has officially been approved for the Eureka Tasting Room in Morpeth!
This is a huge step forward for us. While we are incredibly eager to welcome you all in, although we are currently working through the final compliance criteria to ensure everything is perfectly in place. As soon as those boxes are ticked, we will be opening the Tasting Room regularly to share our spirits with you.
In addition to the license, we have another major win to celebrate—our Development Application (DA) has been formally approved to make some fantastic changes to our space!
What does this mean for you? Well, it means a bit of a jigsaw puzzle over the coming months. To pull off these exciting renovations, we will have to temporarily close the Tasting Room again at some point down the track. However, we promise the disruption will be well worth it. The end result is going to be a spectacular, elevated space for you to enjoy.
Stay tuned right here for our official opening dates and hours. We can't wait to pour you a glass very soon! 🍸🥃🍸

We took Eureka Distilling to Canberra this week for the US Embassy’s historic 250th Independence Day celebrations, attended by PM Anthony Albanese.
We proudly showcased our signature award winning Moreau Apple Pie Liqueur and Subourbon American-Style Whiskey, both based on traditional American recipe's, with an Australian twist —served in custom-crafted, 0.5kg 24kt pure Australian gold cups valued at a breathtaking $95,000 each (sourced by Newmont Mining, cast by ABC Refinery). American tradition meets pure Australian craft!🥃
