Happy Mother’s Day 🤍

Being a mum is probably one of the hardest jobs in the world. No breaks, no clock off time, just 24/7. But somehow all the mums out there still do their best every single day to raise happy and healthy kids.

This is my second Mother’s Day as a mum. Going from workaholic mode past years to full-time mama honestly hasn’t been easy for me. Sometimes emotional, sometimes tired, sometimes touching, sometimes feeling lost a little bit, and another level of happiness, sounds like crazy, maybe some mums here understand that too.

But when you see the smile, they hold your hand tightly, everything is worth it! Let’s move forward together.

We still can’t lose our souls, so today, we deserve a little “me time” and maybe find ourselves back for maybe few hours or one day.

My kid’s dad for creating two Mother’s Day specials this year 🤍 If you’re not really into flowers, bring your wife, your mum, or someone special to visit us and enjoy our Mother’s Day edition desserts:

Beneath Her Strength

Our Mother’s Day cake is made with hojicha joconde, silken tofu cream, kuromitsu (Black sugar) chiffon, hojicha cream, caramel biscuit and kinako.

It is created around the idea that mothers are sometimes like tofu, always strong on the outside, but so soft and gentle at heart. They may have moments of weakness too, but when it comes to their children, they become stronger than anyone. This cake expresses a mother’s quiet love in a refined and thoughtful way.
