We're real people with real vineyards making real wines and serving real food in our restaurant. We are lucky to own one of the most beautiful little cellar doors and restaurants in Victoria, dating back to the 1860s. I'm Mandy Jones, a 5th generation winemaker, a modernist in my approach to handcrafting wines from grapes grown by my brother, Arthur. Our wines have power and brightness of fruit that could only be made from our very own patch of Rutherglen dirt.

Roam Rutherglen begins this weekend, and if you're planning your itinerary, we would love to welcome you to Jones Winery & Vineyard.

As one of Rutherglen's smaller wineries, we offer a different experience during Roam. Take your time with a tasting in our boutique cellar door, wander through the historic winery grounds, and enjoy a glass of wine by the fire inside between winery visits.

For the long weekend, our usual à la carte restaurant service will pause on Saturday and Sunday, with a Sri Lankan style curry menu available instead. There will also be sweet treats and good coffee across the weekend.

Whether you're spending the day exploring Rutherglen or making a weekend of it, Jones is a place to settle in, relax and enjoy a different side of Roam.

From now on, every Wine Selection Club delivery includes a chance to receive something extra. Once you’ve received your wine pack, you are automatically entered into the draw. Two members are then selected at random and each receives a magnum of our flagship wine, the L.J. Shiraz.

We’re also releasing a series of very small batch wines later this year, available exclusively to Wine Selection Club members. These are limited parcels that won’t be part of a wider release.

Our May Jones Winery Restaurant @ Night dinner falls on Saturday 9 May, the evening before Mother’s Day.

If you're looking for a way to celebrate Mother’s Day, Saturday evening offers a way to spend time together at the table, without the time pressure that can come with Sunday plans.

It is a great option if you prefer to celebrate earlier, or if you are sharing the day across multiple commitments.

This month, you can choose between the usual à la carte menu or the five-course degustation.

The degustation is $150 per person, with the option to include matched wines for $60. The menu follows the same approach as the restaurant, with each course designed to sit alongside the wines.
