The crew here at Holberts Oyster Farm hope all our valued clients have a safe and relaxing upcoming Easter Long weekend. We are open every day with plenty of our famous fresh NSW Rock Oysters and local large cooked King Prawns.
Good Friday 7am - 4pm
Saturday 9am - 4pm
Sunday / Monday 10am - 4pm

The crew here at Holberts Oyster Farm would like to wish all their loyal customers a very Merry Christmas and a great new year. We really appreciate your continued support throughout the year. We have huge supplies of our famous fresh local Rock Oysters and fresh large local King Prawns. Trading hours over this period are 7am-5pm weekdays. 9am-5pm Saturdays. 9am-4pm Sundays. Closed Christmas, Boxing and New Years Day.
