This is the post we thought we were never going to have to make.
Unfortunately it saddens us to say that we are going to have to close The Juicy Unicorn indefinitely. We knew it was going to be a challenge as opening and operating any business is tough to do.
We have tried our best to provide a Juice and Smoothie bar to the town and have obviously failed in many areas to keep it thriving.
We have failed to generate enough traffic into the shop to keep our heads above water, and before we drown we have chosen to end the journey.
We are, though, very grateful to all the people who frequented our little shop and became regulars. We enjoyed seeing all the new faces who experienced our product for the first time and the ones who continued to love it for the 20th time.
As much as it will be seen as another failed business, we found it very rewarding and an invaluable experience. We all learn from our mistakes and hope one day in the future we can deliver something of value to the public.
Our last official day of operation is Wednesday 1st March but we might shut the doors as early as Friday 24th February.
