Make sure to get a good mix of cheese…I use a strong cheddar and mozzarella…sourdough bread and you are done!

⭐️ Make truffle butter with me ⭐️

Making truffle butter is so easy and can be used on lots of at home dishes, like mashed potato and steak.

For this recipe I used 500g of GIPPSLAND JERSEY unsalted butter and 50g of fresh truffle.
Soften the butter and mix together.
I separated the butter into 100g logs.
This will keep in the fridge for up to 3 weeks or it ca be frozen to last longer.

Let me know if you try this recipe and what you make.
