🌿 Sometimes the best thing we can do for our bodies is hit the reset button.

As many of you know, I’m passionate about good nutrition and filling our plates with fresh, wholesome food. Last week I decided to put that into practice by completing a 7-Day Reset.

Using lots of the beautiful organic fruit and vegetables from the market, alongside the program, I was amazed by how I felt after just one week.
