First chicken is done! 2nd chook is now on. The second Beer Can Chicken is using Hasta La Vista Brut IPA. Adsy from and Phil from will rate them both today at 3pm at Hiker while they record this week's Pour It Out podcast.

And we're off and cooking for the inaugural Beer Can Chicken Day! We've gone with a Hiker Brewing Passage Peach Sour as our testing bird in the Chooken. This is the first cook ever so we'll do some learnings and cook the second chook later today.
