Update to our online order settings.

On Saturday we were hit with an unprecedented amount of orders in a very very short period of time. In the space of 30 minutes we had received 22 delivery orders and 18 pickup orders.

Obviously this put high amounts of strain on our small team. Whilst we would love to be able to prepare for this it is impossible to predict an influx of orders like this.

To those whose orders were not up to scratch Saturday, we apologise. Mistakes do happen when a team is spread so thin. If you reach out we're always happy to fix any mistake.

Delivery times were blown out and for that we also apologise. We are 15 minutes away from
Most of our customers and we don't have 22 drivers to send all orders at once when they are prepared so we stagger preparation to ensure your order arrives as fresh and hot as possible. We appreciate those who were patient and understanding during this time.

It is disappointing that some locals took it upon themselves to swear and abuse our juniors. Some only 13. This sort of behaviour is unacceptable and we will not fulfill orders for people like this. Our team works hard to provide quality food and service to your community and this sort of mug behaviour is just disgusting.

As a response we I'll be limiting online orders to a maximum of 5 in an 30 minutes window to avoid disappoint and undue abuse to our staff in the future. If you're trying to order please be patient and we will fulfill your order asap. Alternative you can visit us instore on Paul's corner Salt Ash.

We love what we do and want to continue providing the community with a quality take away store. Feedback, patience and understanding help us grow as a team for your community.
