Last week's creation. A 'semi naked' wedding cake. Two tier chocolate mud cake with a light white chocolate ganache for the 'semi naked' look finished with Raspberry and Cookies & Cream Macarons and fresh Roses & Baby's Breath.

My twins nominated myself to make a cake for their break-up day. I made this sprinkle cake at their request in their school colours. They wanted it decorated with a blackboard, books, fruit and their class '1B'. The results of their request.

I have an exciting announcement to share with you all. It has been months in the making but my new business and website is less than a week away! It has taken years of practice, hard work, tears of exhaustion, tears because at times I feel I have failed and of course there has been the tears of pure joy and elation. I'm looking forward to launching my cake website very soon and sharing it with you all. I feel my confidence has come a long way and I finally feel my creations are worthy of a website. I'm still nervous though. This page (Pink Princess Cakes) will also be renamed and refreshed. Once the website is live I will post a link here and rename this page. Thanks to everyone who has supported me, I truly appreciate it. Lisa.
