Michael was somewhat mortified to come face to face with two even larger than life versions of himself at the Halter Site at the Henty Field Days. The funniest thing is that they won Best Outdoor Site! 😆😆😆

PCC® Bulls in Australia

By Kit Pharo

I would like to introduce you to Michael Gooden, who established Old Man Creek (OMC) in New South Wales in 2016. In 2017, Michael attended a couple of Pharo Cattle Company® bull workdays in Colorado – and started using PCC® Angus semen. Pharo Cattle Australia sold OMC bulls in Australia in 2022 and 2023. PCC has reconnected with OMC. There are 30 PCC-Influenced bulls in this sale offering.

Old Man Creek is the only bull producer in Australia that is producing registered PCC® Angus bulls. Many of the grass-developed bulls in this offering are 75% PCC breeding. Click on the catalog link below to access more information on this year’s offering. Click on the animal numbers (e.g., W203) to access individual information and videos.

Twenty of these bulls have met some strict criteria and have been PCC Certified. Old Man Creek is going to Guarantee the Calving Ease on many of these bulls. For every calf you assist, OMC will pay you $100. If a caesarean or other veterinary assistance is required, OMC will pay your vet bill.

When you have selected your bull or bulls, call Michael at 0428283330 or send an email to [email protected]. When a bull has been sold, it will be noted in the catalog.
