Warringa Herefords

Warringa Herefords Warringa Herefords is a progressive Hereford stud based at Sarsfield in East Gippsland Victoria. It is owned and operated by Bill and Minnie Kee.

To achieve their breeding goals, Warringa Herefords use superior genetics through artificial insemination. Bulls exhibiting leading traits for EMA, IMF, Milk and Birth Weight are used in the program along with a selection of natural sires on farm. All animals are Breedplan recorded. All traits are recorded including birth weight. Ultra sound scanning for EMA and IMF% is done annually with the data

being submitted to ABRI. This provides Warringa with the benefit of selecting superior genetics and assists clients in their selection process.
