A little Black Magic. A lot to celebrate! ✨🏆

We’re absolutely thrilled that our Black Magic Triple Cream Brie has been named a FINALIST in the 2026 Australian Grand Dairy Awards!

After taking home the trophy with Ash Briebelle in 2024 and Briebelle in 2025, we’re incredibly proud to see a third Hunter Belle cheese recognised amongst Australia’s finest.

Simply being a finalist at these prestigious awards is an incredible achievement, and a testament to our amazing team from our Brown Swiss girls on the farm to our farm crew and cheese team and everyone in between.

Three years. Three beautiful cheeses. One very proud Hunter Belle family! 🤍

Great cheese starts long before the cheeseboard.

It starts here. With our gorgeous herd of Brown Swiss Cows, in the heart of the Upper Hunter, making milk that makes Hunter Belle what it is.

We’re a family-owned dairy, bringing together generations of farming knowledge with a passion for creating exceptional Australian cheese.

WIN!! Okayyyy we’re jumping on the Knights bandwagon ❤️💙

It’s probably a little late for us to start making red and blue cheese 😂 so instead this Sunday we want to see The Hunter’s Own on your footy spreads!

Add some Hunter Belle cheese to your Grand Final celebrations, get creative with your red + blue platters, and TAG US in your photos because I’m going to throw out some prizes to a few of my favourites 👀🧀

Think strawberries, blueberries, red crackers, blue corn chips, red & blue drinks… basically go all out and make it fun ❤️💙

And yes… I actually hate using AI to create images 😂 BUT I’m on holidays, this was the easiest option I had, and honestly… she understood the assignment.

We are so lucky to be right next door to the incredible Hunter Belle Cheese Room, because it means we get to showcase their gorgeous artisan cheeses right here on our menu!

Our Three Cheese Tower features the most beautiful selection, Hunter Belle Briebelle, Caramelised Onion and Thyme, and Cranberry and Pistacchio cheese, all served as a stunning grazing platter loaded with fresh fruit, olives, crackers and more. 🍓🫒🍇

And of course, what's a cheese platter without a glass of something special? Pair yours with a beautiful De Iuliis W**es and you've got yourself the perfect Hunter Valley afternoon! 🍷🌿
