Gill - Hobby & Equine Park is seeking expressions of interest for lease of approx. 1000m² private paddocks, located within the Scottsdale town boundary for self-managed horse agistment, poultry or other small livestock enthusiasts, horticultural pursuits, hobbies or a day retreat. The securely fenced and electrified private paddocks include a dual water tap and water trough which is supplied from town water. The approximately 23-acre property is able to be communally used for recreation, horse riding & relaxing, shared with the owner's livestock. If the property use grows successfully, we will endeavour to provide further infrastructure - e.g. round yard, camping facilities for tenants, amenities, horse jumps, fodder storage, etc., as required.
14 x paddocks are available now, with a further 10 planned if we have solid interest. We are open to 1 x structure (garden shed, tack room, shelter, shipping container, etc.) per paddock subject to owner approval.
2 x 1000m² paddocks for Horses would be $80 p/week + GST with a minimum 6-month lease, paid monthly in advance.
1 x 1000m² paddocks for Hobbyists/Day Users would be $40 p/week + GST. We look forward to evolving with your ideas, subject to regulations.
