When life gets busy, which lets face it seems to be more often than not! My favourite way to have a quick catch up with friends is an afternoon drink.
A couple of hours max where we can just sit and chat.
If I have a 🥂 in my hand I definitely want something to eat too. It doesn’t need to be substantial but definitely self serve and quick to prepare.
A 🧀 platter is always nice but this week’s recipe is something deliciously simple and a little different. A recipe that can be easily adapted to suit your taste and what you have readily available.
