No new beers this week, but plenty happening behind the scenes.
Every beer that leaves Banks goes through our centrifuge, spinning out unwanted yeast and hop matter while helping us dial in the exact clarity and character we’re chasing.
The first taste through the fuge is always one of our favourite moments. It’s the earliest look at what the finished beer will be like once it’s packaged up and ready to hit your fridge.
And this one’s got us pretty excited.
