Seville Hill is happy and delighted to be named one of the top wineries in Australia 2026 by the Real Review.
Our 2019 'Raphael' Cabernet Sauvignon was #2 in the Yarra Valley Tasting group, our 2019 Nebbiolo was rated at #8 in Victoria.

Sunday April 26, 12pm-4.30pm.
Our last jazz day for this year, come along and enjoy a relaxing Sunday afternoon in the winery. There will be wine ferments on the go and you can look at what is happening in regards to this year’s vintage and ask the winemaker who will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about the wine making process.
Lunch will be available, cheese platters, a selection of panini rolls, slow roasted lamb, pasta, cakes and coffee. Bookings are advisable email [email protected] or call 0419284643.

There are a few new wines for you to try, especially our 2023 Sparkling Syrah and Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot, both of these wines made in the Méthode Traditionnelle style. On The Palate this coming Saturday March 21, Healesville Racecourse 11am - 5pm. Music, food trucks, beer, ciders, local produce and of course an array of local family owned wine producers. Petting animals and pony rides for the kids, puppet show and lots more. The weather is looking great for the day with temperature around 25 Celsius. Buses from Eltham and Lilydale going to the event, book your entry tickets and bus tickets at www.onthepalate.com.au

Medium brick-red/garnet colour, a slight memory of purple in the rim. The bouquet is smoky/meaty with a touch of reduction, while the palate starts with a touch of apparent sweetness then fills in with fine, silty tannins which are supple and balanced. The flavours are very savoury—charcuterie including smoked meats and bresaola, the finish harmonious, long and balancing both savoury and fruit elements. All in all, a very drinkable and engaging sangiovese. 13 JAN 2026

Very good colour for its age: a bright, deep purple-red hue. Mulberry and blackcurrant aromas, a touch of briar and dried woody herbs; the palate is full bodied and deeply fruited, with loads of extract giving it a fleshy density that really satisfies.
