Since the age of 16, pastry chef and owner of Balgownie Village Patisserie,
Skye Tregonning, recently married and now Skye McMillan has had a passion for
designing and creating special occasion cakes. Skye completed a four-year apprenticeship with a well-known cake making
establishment, later joined another business to better her skills at cake decorating
and in 2006 purchased her own business that is now known as
Balgownie Village Patisserie

After a fantastic 7 years and the recent arrival my son, I have decided to close the doors at Balgownie Village Patisserie.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of my likers for following Balgownie Patisserie these past years.

I have now set up a studio allowing me to still provide all my customers with all the special occasion cakes they may need.
My new trading name will be Sweet Style Cakes.

I would love to see you all on my new Sweet Style Cakes page.
