For Berry on Thursday, Milton on Saturday & Berry on Sunday, I am celebrating Australia’s best produce, all turned into various handmade Asian delicacies. This is the best list of produce, that I have ever had the privilege to work with. Think:
• Phoenix Wagyu – huge marble score of 8-9, 2026 gold Easter Show & 2026 gold Australian Wagyu Association Awards
• Southern rock lobster
• Pure Black Wagyu – massive marble score of 7-8, used by many of the world’s best chefs
• Mooloolaba (QLD) extra-large King prawns
• Cowra lamb shoulder
• Fresh South Coast bream – supporting our local fishing boats
