Clancy getting some eye fillet off a body of beef in the coolroom today

The beef has been selling quicker than the team can break the beef so when a customer wanted eye fillet and we had none left, Clancy headed to the coolroom to ensure the customer left with exactly what they came for

To celebrate a great win by the NSW blues the boys have crafted some delicious Tooheys New Sausages

As the saying goes, winners win
And it was great to see NSW get the win last night

On special while stocks last for $18.99/kg

Also Will is back from his trip to watch the game last night on Saturday for anyone who would like to remind him of the score

The butchery team all had a crack at the challenge, with the closest to 250g winning

Woodsy took it out spot on 250g followed very closely by Jayden who was 1g off then Stuart 10g off the mark
