L-Rae Park We are a small family farm business located in Somerset Tasmania where we ethically breed and fatten our own lambs on high quality pasture.

We aim to produce and supply Prime Lamb directly to the public in the North West of Tasmania.

The next batch of fat lambs should be ready for processing in a few weeks.

Please let us know if you would like to put your name down.

We should have around nine lambs available.

All our lambs are processed and packed by a local meat processor and butcher who are accredited under the Primary Produce Safety Act 2011.

Full or half lambs will be available @ $15kg packed and available for pickup at our Somerset farm or we can deliver free if local.

The average weight of a half lamb is around 12kg so @ $15kg it works out to be around $180 give or take a few dollars.
