Lauriston Grove was established late last century by the Linardi family. It is situated on the pristine coastal isthmus known as Hope Beach, South Arm, Tasmania. This unique region boasts a micro-climate reminiscent of the mild mediterranean regions famous for producing quality olive products. We hope you enjoy the results of our passions and dreams. After a late harvest and big pruning program we’re pleased to be back at Farmgate market. We have some beautiful early release EVOO available only today and on 2nd August before we head out on holidays.
Also available is our special release Neil the seal dirty brine and Martini packs.

Meet **Dirty Brine** Our newest Lauriston Grove creation. 🫒🍸

An olive-infused brine with just the right touch of filth, crafted for those who like their martinis a little bolder.

This one’s special. Inspired by an unforgettable visitor in 2024 Neil the Seal who made himself right at home at the grove. For a few weeks, he claimed the deck outside our bottling room as his own, keeping us company and reminding us to embrace the unexpected.

Dirty Brine is our tribute to that moment.

Pair it with a Tasmanian gin, stir it down, and raise a glass to good stories, great flavour, and a little bit of mischief.

Hi folks we’re please to be back at Farmgate Markets tomorrow with our beautiful EVOO, olives, pinkeye potatoes, red garlic and we’re very excited with our new product release … “ Lauriston Grove Dirty Brine with a touch of filth”! This dirty brine is infused with our Manzanillo olives giving a deep red color with a delicious dirty salty flavor perfect for your dirty Martini at the end of the day … made by the sea!! We look forward to seeing you tomorrow at Farmgate Market Bathurst Street Hobart.
