Most people think a new drink starts in a factory.

It doesn't.

It starts with an idea, followed by months of formulation, testing and refinement.

Before Drink X manufactures a beverage, experienced food scientists like Steven Clare, PhD work alongside founders to perfect the flavour, sweetness, mouthfeel and stability of the product.

Only once the science is right does it move into commercial production.

It's a process many people never see, but it's one of the most important steps in bringing a successful beverage to market.
