Bit of rain about today, but don't let that stop you from getting out of the house!

Why not grab some takeaway food or pack a picnic lunch, head down to Bucket and make an afternoon of it!🍺

We've got plenty of undercover spots, including our Bucket Brewery Bendy Bus, so you can stay dry and enjoy a b**r or two.

Bring the kids, bring your mates and settle in for the afternoon. We've got board games and our arcade machine loaded with old-school favourites like Pac-Man and Galaga to keep everyone entertained! 🕹️🎲

Charlie Bucket Chocolate Stout

With a few cool days coming up it is a perfect time to remind you that Charlie Bucket Chocolate Stout is available in cans from the brewery or online at www.bucketbrewery.com.au

With Sam’s family pet dog named Charlie, our family’s dog named Bucket, and watching Charlie and the Chocolate Factory with the kids one night. One thing was certain. We needed to brew a b**r involving chocolate! 🍫🍻

CHANGE TO OUR OPENING HOURS FOR OCTOBER ONLY

Just a quick heads up that our opening hours will be a little different for October.

With cricket on Saturdays and us training a new staff member, we’ve decided to close Saturdays and open Sundays instead.

Monday–Friday: 10am–5pm
Saturday: CLOSED
Sunday: 12pm–5pm

So if you were planning on calling in on a Saturday, please come and see us Sunday afternoon instead. 😊

And don’t forget, we’re BYO food, so bring along some lunch, takeaway or a picnic and enjoy a few b**rs with us. 🍻

NEW B**R ALERT - NZ PILSNER

Using extensive amounts of New Zealand grown hops Motueka and Riwaka, this b**r is great for those who love a l***r with a bit of extra flavour, aroma and hop bitterness.

What is the reason for brewing this one off one might ask? Simple, nostalgia! A family holiday across the ditch a couple of years ago was so good. We get transported back there with each sip.

Limited Stock so get in quick before it sells out. Now on tap and in cans from the brewery!

SMALL BUSINESS SHOUT OUT: BUCKET BREWERY🍻
On a sunny Saturday afternoon, there are few better things than enjoying a masterfully crafted local b**r in a relaxed setting. So, today's shout out goes to Bucket Brewery in South Kempsey!

Owners Sam and Amanda Preston launched their home-grown b**r brand in 2015, eventually transforming the old Cavanagh bus depot a couple of years later into a relaxed 'cellar door' experience where visitors could come and see how their award winning b**r was made and grab a few takeaways.

Since then, the venue has continued to expand and gain popularity. With live music, food trucks and event bookings, the humble brewery has become a tourist draw card.

I'll admit, it's a favourite end-of-day pit stop when I'm in the Macleay. A wonderful family run and owned business serving up great quality b**r made from local ingredients. And if you're not in Kempsey, don't worry, Bucket B**r is available in top restaurants and retailers right across the Mid North Coast. A testament to Sam & Amanda's hard work.

A BIG THANK YOU TO BRETT! 🍻

The next two Saturdays are going to be a little sad around Bucket, as our mate Brett finishes up with us after more than 5 years of being part of the Bucket family.

Brett has been one of Bucket’s biggest supporters, a great worker and, most importantly, a great mate. He’s been there every weekend, worked countless events and whenever we’ve headed off for a holiday, Brett was always the first to put his hand up and help us out.

He’s given us so much of his time and has always been someone we could count on. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he’s done for Bucket over the years. 🙏

So, come down over the next two Saturdays, grab a b**r, say g’day and wish Brett all the best! 🍺

Thanks for everything, Brett. You’ll always be part of the Bucket family and you’ll be very, very missed. 🙏
