🥩 WE'RE HIRING | Operations Manager | Murwillumbah
We're a well-established small goods wholesaler based in Murwillumbah, and we're looking for a qualified butcher who's ready to step into a leadership role and take ownership of the day-to-day operation.
The role in a nutshell: You'll be leading a small team of casual staff, overseeing processing, packing and dispatch, keeping customers and suppliers happy, and making sure everything runs to a high standard. You'll report directly to the owner and have great support in your progression.
You'll need to be: ✅ A qualified butcher (essential) ✅ A natural leader who can motivate and manage a small team ✅ Organised, level-headed and solutions-focused ✅ Hands-on and not afraid of a big day ✅ Good with people, whether that's staff, customers or suppliers
Bonus points if you have: ⭐ Experience in small goods, food production or wholesale ⭐ Knowledge of food safety and compliance requirements
