We will be pouring the new vintage release of the Skolly&Hye Fiano and Grenache at the Clare Visitor Centre Friday night drinks tomorrow evening from 4pm.

Chef Jon from The Brasserie is also coming along, serving up Pizzas, Lamb Cutlets, and Beignets on the deck.

We hope you can join us tomorrow at the Clare Valley Tourism Centre from 4pm-7pm.

Our Vineyard Long Lunch is coming up at the end of October and the vineyard is looking stunning, so lush and green.
Callum Hann and his team from Olive will be dishing up their amazing food once again.

Tickets are all inclusive, with the option to also jump on the bus so no driving is needed.

Gnarly olé Sangiovese Vines starting to shoot.

The spring sunshine has kicked off bud burst this past week in the vineyards. These are some of the oldest Sangiovese vines in the Clare Valley. The first vines Leigh Eldredge planted on the property and dry grown since 1993.

Our newest vintage of the ‘Deano’ Sangiovese (2023) has just been released, and the new 2026 Kitty Sangiovese Rosé is also now available.

Introducing Chef Jon - the amazing culinary creator behind the new restaurant at Eldredge ‘The Brasserie’

Jon’s passion is French cooking and the menu will often reflect this with traditional French dishes such as Boeuf bourguignon or Chicken fricasse, however he’s a chameleon in the kitchen and can change style to pasta, pizzas, Aussie favourites, and will base the menu around showcasing fresh seasonal produce.

October long weekends menu will feature freshly shucked Oysters, bowls of Mussels, and Napolean Pizzas - perfect for sharing on the lawns in the sunshine.

The Brasserie is open Thursday - Sunday from 12pm-4pm.

We hope you can come visit soon and enjoy something from Chef Jon at The Brasserie at Eldredge Wines.

Spectacular day yesterday for Father’s Day and the official opening of The Brasserie restaurant.
We had fantastic feedback all day on the food, the new w**es, and of course the amazing Joel Lyon
Thank you to everyone that visited, stayed, & enjoyed.

The Brasserie is now open Thursday-Sunday 12pm-4pm.
Eldredge Cellar Door is open 7 days, 11am-5pm.
