Crunchy Crispy Fried Green Beans
Ingredients:

1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cooking oil, for frying
Ranch dressing or aioli, for dipping (optional)
Directions:

In a shallow dish, place the flour. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs. In a third shallow dish, combine the Panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Working in batches, coat the green beans in the flour, shaking off any excess. Dip them into the beaten eggs, then coat them with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Heat about 1 inch of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
Carefully place the coated green beans into the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the skillet. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the fried green beans from the oil using a slotted spoon and transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
Sprinkle with additional salt and pepper if desired. Serve hot with ranch dressing or aioli for dipping, if desired.
