Michael has been busy preparing the perfect Father's Day treat. Our own Whiskey Smokehouse Bacon- Australian Free Range Pork saddles, pickled and cured with 11 bottles of rich Morris Whiskey then soaked in more rich Morris Whiskey before being traditionally wood smoked in our smokehouse on site.
This is truely a special experience. Available from this Friday, only while stocks last.
