🎄 Xmas platters are now live! Preorder now for pickup on Dec 24th/25th between 11am-2pm. Extremely limited run this year as we are running all of our crowd favourites in the one platter, feeding roughly 10 people, then will be spending time with our own families 😊

Hello lovers and friends! We will be back at on Saturday Nov 8th (5-8pm or sold out) for our final pop-up of the year 😁

And as such, we will be running a new special: North Carolina style pork ribs 🐷 along with our usual BBQ boxes. These will be very limited so please pre-order so you don't miss out! The only question is: can you do a half rack or a full rack 🤔?

Another weekend of catering done and dusted! Really got to flex our skills on the tools this weekend with a huge mix of different meats.

We pumped out brisket, beef ribs, pork ribs, sausage and chicken wings - all with our signature Asian flavours. Such a great feeling when two days of work come together for a gorgeous platter 🥵

We have a few sessions left for November but pretty much booked out for December, so if you're wanting some BBQ slide in the DMs and we'll see if we can get you fed 🙌

Another fantastic weekend of BBQ at ! We love the vibe of the whole gang over there and the turnout was incredible. We made some small adjustments to our service which hopefully improved our final product without impacting service time too much.

Our last pop-up at was a big hit with us selling out in just over 2 hours. It was just the right amount of food which meant we didn't leave many without a feed - always a tricky balance 😋
