Open fire cooking for dinner tonight cooked over Heat Beads BBQ lump charcoal and ironbark wood.

Went for a drive to Theo's Cecinas Butchery & Smallgoods to grab some meat and as usual they did not disappoint. Do yourself a favour get down and grab something you won't be dissapointed.

Started off with asado carnicero topped with chimi churri, Colombian Chorizo and Chilean Chorizo. That didn't last too long, Ollie demolished most of the Chilean chorizo and beef

Finished off with there entranas alinado (skirt steak) grilled vegetables and pan fried provolone cheese. Their skirt steak I could eat everyday of the week.
