🌕✨ Happy Loy Krathong ✨

To all my wonderful friends and customers in Tasmania — I’m wishing you a beautiful Loy Krathong filled with peace, love, and light. 💛

For those who may not know, Loy Krathong is one of Thailand’s most special festivals. It’s a time when we release small floating lanterns, called krathongs, onto the water to symbolise letting go of negativity and welcoming good fortune for the year ahead. 🌊🕯️

Even though I’m far from you all right now, I’m thinking of you and missing everyone so much! Thank you for always supporting my cooking and sharing a little piece of Thailand with me in Tasmania. 🇹🇭❤️🇦🇺

Time to pack the Van away and take a break. 🏝️

A heartfelt thank you to all our amazing customers for your support this year — your visits, chats, and kind words mean the world. 🙏💕

🙏 A special apology to our East Coast customers — we were so disappointed to cancel our last trip due to bad weather. We had hoped to make it back this weekend, but unfortunately, time has gotten away from us. We’re truly sorry we missed the chance to serve you one last time before the break.

We’re not exactly sure when we’ll be back, but we’ll keep you updated when the time comes. Until then, thank you again for being part of the journey — stay safe, stay warm, and we hope to see you down the road.
