If you're looking for the perfect pairing for your Cottage Meats sausages, this simple Garlic Herb Roasted Veg from is a must. Fresh, flavourful, and easy to prep alongside our sausages!

🛒 Save this post for your shopping list:
• 1 1/4 lb baby potatoes, halved
• 1 lb medium carrots, scrubbed & cut into 2-inch pieces
• 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
• 1 tbsp minced fresh thyme
• 1 tbsp minced fresh rosemary
• Salt & freshly ground black pepper
• 12 oz zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 4 cloves garlic, minced

Toss, roast & serve with your Cottage Meats sausages for a clean, colourful meal. 🌭

Our sausages are vacuum-packed and keep beautifully in the freezer for up to 4 months. Once opened and thawed keep in the fridge and use within 2 days. Perfect for meal prep, stocking up, or always having a clean, flavourful protein ready to go.
