The pickers are out in one of the organic patches this morning gathering deliciousness! 🍓🍓🍓

All our organic fruit is picked into dedicated blue trays as opposed to the usual green ones. 💙

It’s taken to the cold rooms in batches to get it cooled as quickly as possible to keep it freshest! ❄️🍓

Friday fun fact!
🌸The pink edge on some Red Rhapsody flowers comes from small amounts of the same natural anthocyanin pigments that make strawberries red.
🍓Different varieties have different genetics for pigment production, and cool sunny ☀️ conditions can make the pink colouring more noticeable.
