Macehill Merino is a family run Stud Business in Stockdale, Victoria. Macehill Merino is a family run stud business based in Stockdale, Victoria.

Our passion is wool with four generations of wool growing history. Although we have a great history behind us it is the future that has us excited. Our aim is to breed a plain bodied, mules free sheep that produces long stapled well nourished and stylish crimpy wool. Macehill Merino Ram lamb at 16 weeks. Weaned at 11 weeks and charging ahead. Probably the most forward one but has plenty of mates. Happy to show himself off.

Macehill Merino wool sale next week. Very happy with the test results with the Stud sheep averaging 17.8mic, 50.7nkt (staple strength), 77.2mm for 8 months growth.
Extremely happy with the health of the sheep during this period highlighted by the staple strength (no fly strike or worm problems).
