Hard Hill Farm Hard Hill Farm is owned and operated by Adrian and Victoria Sartori. Established in 1928. Located at Strangways, near Castlemaine in Central Victoria, Australia.

Hard Hill Farm is a family owned and operated merino sheep and cropping farm, run by husband and wife team, Adrian and Victoria Sartori. Adrian is a third generation farmer and the farm has been owned by the Sartori family since 1926. Whilst merino sheep breeding and wool production are the principle foundations, hay season is also a prominent fixture on the yearly calender.
