After nearly 2 years of planning , many kms of travel domestically and overseas investigating this new oyster farming technology, then building and implementing learnings - we are away and our Flip Farm has began - we will start small but as we learn our site , it will grow.
Excited for the new chapter at evansoysters 👏👏

New things happening on farm 🙌 FYI the attachment on the boat is how we flip the baskets over and back to kill fouling on the baskets and give the oysters drying time to strengthen their adductor muscle for longer shelf life when sold .

Our thoughts & support go out to our friends and fellow SA oyster farmers & all others affected by the Algal Bloom. Whilst we are personally unaffected & are able to continue supplying oysters, we are actively working with industry to do what we can to support those in our industry impacted.
