MONTHLY WRAP | Another big month across our local market 💛

It’s been another action-packed month for the team at Ray White Summerland Point | Charmhaven, with plenty happening across both sales and property management.

🔑 6 properties sold
🏠 6 properties leased
📋 11 new managements

The month also brought another shift in the property landscape, with the RBA increasing the cash rate by 0.25% to 4.60%.

While changing interest rates continue to shape buyer and seller decisions, we’re still seeing activity across our local market and opportunities for those with the right strategy.

Away from real estate, it’s been fantastic to see our local sporting clubs finishing their seasons on a high.
