A new Cafe in Sunbury, perfect for families!

We’ve been capturing some spectacular views across the vineyard lately, and honestly, what a wonderful time to open our café during this beautiful autumn season.

Yes, we are still on track for our opening on 18 May. 🤍

This will be a soft opening phase while we refine our service, food flow, and overall guest experience. We’ll begin with limited bookings per session, allowing us to focus on your experience and feedback as we fine-tune everything.

Next week on Saturday, we’ll release our booking link and open our phone line for reservations. 📞☕🍰

It’s all starting to feel very real now, and we can’t wait to welcome you through the doors soon.

Hi, Goona Warra family 🌿
We’ve just received the news we’ve been waiting for - all compliance requirements for our café are officially met!
It’s been a long journey to get here, and we couldn’t be more excited.
Over the next two weeks, we’ll be training our team and getting everything ready behind the scenes.
We’re aiming to open our doors on 18 May ✨
We’re sorry we won’t make it in time for Mother’s Day this year, but it won’t be long before we can welcome you in for many beautiful moments to come.
We can’t wait to share this place with you. It’s finally happening 🤍

This week we did our café menu photoshoot, and let’s just say, it got a little distracting. 😄
Here’s a mouth-watering sneak peek of what’s coming your way.
They taste just as good as they look - trust us 😉
Although we are not able to open the café by the end of April as initially planned, we’re getting closer each day as we work through a few final logistical matters with the relevant authorities. They’ve been very supportive, and we hope to make an announcement soon! 🤍

We’re giving it a new name - The Bluestone Manor.
A name that respects its past, while marking a new chapter.
It’s still a work in progress, but it’s steadily coming together.

Goona Warra Vineyard has been quiet for a long time, but never gone.
Tested by years, weather, still standing, still becoming.
A story that didn’t end, just paused.
We’re bringing it back, step by step, with care and respect for everything it has been… and everything it can be again.

Happy Easter, Goona Warra family 🌿
Something new has settled in nicely…
Our new gazebo is now in place. The old one had done its time, and this felt like the right way to continue its story.
We chose a dark bronze finish so it would sit beautifully with the bluestone, not too polished, just… right.
It’s one of those spots you naturally slow down at… don’t you think?
You can already picture it - a couple standing there, light coming through the trees, that calm, timeless feeling this place seems to hold.
It’s added a new layer of charm to Goona Warra - the kind that quietly draws you in. 😊

If you’ve ever driven down this driveway, you’ll know the feeling…

That old bluestone building, covered in red vine — it just quietly sits there, waiting for people to come back.

It’s been through a lot over the years. Even when it was left alone for a while, it never really lost its charm.

We’re working away to bring it back to life, and we can’t wait to have you walk down this driveway and see it for yourself again.

Not in photos… but in real life.

We’ve added a little splash of charm to the estate… 💧

Our new stone fountain has just found its place, beautifully set against the vineyard backdrop — and we have a feeling it’s going to steal a few hearts (and plenty of photos 📸).

While we’re putting the final touches on the café, we can’t wait to welcome you soon for coffee, a wander, or something special.
