Green Falafels are on this weekend!!!
Salty Saturdays at Coolum Beach
3pm-8pm 🌈

Delicious falafels, freshly cooked, super green, and crispy.

Organic ingredients 🤙

Enjoy them in our traditional pitta pocket, or take one of our bowls, with your choice of fresh organic salad or Moroccan-inspired and amazing jasmine rice 😋

ALL are served with homemade Hummus and Tahini, sauerkraut, pickles, and Israeli salad.

Market is on this weekend and the blue skies are smiling at us🌞

In The green Falafel we truly believe in real food, tasty, organic and colourful, some would even say healthy 😉 our Tahini sauces are made fresh the day before market day, no added colours or preservatives , just real and whole ingredients. Organic raw tahini, parsley and coriander, beetroot, garlic -turmeric and the latest addition to our stall is the addictive chilli 🌶 and smoked paprika tahini.
Amazing colours, amazing taste🌈 feel free to load your bowls and pitas with these delicious sauces, take a photo of your creativity and tag us😁

Back to every weekend green falafels.
Saturday 6am

You deserve good falafels!!!

Cooked fresh on the day, crispy yet super soft inside, packed with plenty of organic greens, delicious 😉

In pita 🥙 bread, the original way, or with one of our amazing bowls, organic jasmine rice 🌾 🌾 in dried apricots, sultanas and blend of aromatic spices, all certified organic 👍
If you don’t fancy rice, then the baby salad mix is your choice, Zaat’ar and tahini bring this bowl together 😃

We also have take home falafels bags so you can reheat and enjoy them at home.
And special and limited addition of our home made organic hummus, I bring with me only a few so better arrive early 🙃

And don’t forget the uncooked green falafels mix!!! If you dare , than grab a bag and cook it yourself 😋

Green falafels are magical !!!
But did you know that we make our own Hummus? Australian grown organic chickpeas, we soak them, cook them, smash them and add organic tahini and spices. Traditional recipe with personal touch. No added oil.
